I was wondering if the Mowrey Rifle kits were still available? If so where do you get them from?

A few years ago (2001) Deer Creek Products sold a Mowrey kit in either steel or brass. They came in .32, .36, .40, .45, .50 and 54.  You might give them a try.  The last address I have is:
