iv been searching for a new gun and i know want a lever gun !!! i have never shoulderd anything more than a 30-30 in a lever action and i need to know if the length of pull on a 45-70 is about the same as the 30-30 ?
i know there are alot of great lever guns out there but my heart is beating for the 45-70...with out even shouldering one ..
i am going to get a lever gun and i have never owned one or know anything about them, except i am going that route ..
i will be using it for deer , elk, and bear hunting..
i have long range guns 7mm mag, 300 win mag, but there are places that i need a close rang gun, and i would like for it to be the 45-70 for personal preforance..
i am falling in love with the levergun and plan on being here for along time to learn from you guy's
