the Huntsman prevails
« on: December 19, 2005, 01:06:33 PM »
Hi all,

its been awhile since i lasted posted here.  i am reporting that the Huntsman was successful this fall at taking 3 deer: a doe, small 5 pt and a wide 7pt.

Late muzzleloader began again today, but am laid up after having had surgery.  hoping to tag another doe for freezer meat over the Christmas break.  It seems like deer season never ends in Virginia...

Just stopped in the pawn shop today, and they have two identical huntsman muzzel loaders for sale for $69.00 each, bet I could get them both for a hundred.  Only thing is they aren't legal for black powder in WA state.  What are these things going for in the real world?  Larry
