action screws on a m77 mk2 .300 wsm

I guess my ruger may not need cryo after all. I would clean my rifle go to the range the first few groups with just about anyload I tried would be great < 1 moa. And then accuracy would start to deterioate. This was a rifle the has a 2.5 lb trigger free floated barrel, with a acra glass bedded lug. I noticed the last couple of times when I dropped the hinged floor plate the forward action screw was about 5 to 6 turns loose, I guess from the recoil after about 10 rounds started to loosen it up, the back action screw was a little loose but not as bad as the front. So I put lock tight on both of them (blue), hopefully this will fix the problem. Anybody else every experience this problem?

The front screw should be very tight, the rear screw good and snug and the middle screw just tight enough to prevent loosening.. I've not experienced this particular problem, though if the middle screw is too tight froups can deterioirate drastically..
