have all sorts of problems getting on greybeard site the last two days and posting messages when I did. Anyone else?

Yes, I do not post very often on the forum but for about 5 or 6 weeks this website has been slow. I read something on it every day. I'm talking real slow, I have a fairly new machine and graybeards always moved the page in about 2 or 3 seconds and now it will give the first page pretty quick but the second or third click to view a post it will stall and maybe take 30 seconds to come up. I am using Mozilla for my browser but it does the same thing with Explorer. Just my 2 cents

The site has been slow for me for a couple of weeks (on all the PC's I have access to), and finally didn't come up at all. It's been hacked recently, and perhaps the problems are due to that, or a recurrence of the butthead(s) doing the hacking.

I hope they get things back up and running, as I've found a lot of helpful information here, and a lot of new friends.

Yes, it's better but still not anywhere as good as it was, but boy-oh-boy is it great to have it back!!! Even slowed down and full of the quirks and errors it's a nice place to visit, I just can't visit as often because it's so frustrating to lose pages and posts after waiting a long time!!!....<><.... :grin:
