I'm about to order my first Handi-rifle, the wood stock version in 7mm-08. I've already gleaned a ton of information from this board but have a couple specific questions:
I'll be putting a Nikon Pro Staff 2-7x32 scope on the rifle, using Burris Z rings. Will low rings work or do I have to go to medium?
I'll be reloading for it and am ordering 100 bulk brass and component bullets (probably both Remington) for initial break-in and to get fire-formed cases. I then hope to work up loads with either 140 gr Nosler Accubonds or 139 gr Hornady Interbonds. Primary use will be whitetails. Anyone have any experience with either bullet? Favorite loads? I'll probably start with one of the Reloader powders but have others that are probably suitable on hand.
