If you've got a 12" 22lr contender help me out. I'm trying to decide whether or not to get a custom 9 or 10" barrel, or just buy a factory 12" I'm afraid the extra 2-3" will make it too heavy to comfortably shoot off hand.(without moving one hand way up on the forearm, or even one handed) Im used to shooting 6 1/2 " bbl revolvers. Biggest thing I shot off hand was my 8" bbl 44mag raging bull. The difference is about $40 bettween the 12 and 10" What can you tell me about balence?
