Bolt head diffs

What is the difference between the controlled feed and the push feed bolt heads available at Midway?
I have a Sav. 11g that is going to be converted to 7.62x39 and I planned to open up a 223 bolt head to fit.
Which head do I want and why?
Thanks in advance,
Dean

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I thought the controlled round-feed bolt head was for the Winchester short magnum cases. All other chamberings use the push feed bolt head.

By gum, I believe you're right! I hadn't looked at the caliber offerings in each of the feed-styles, but when I did I saw what you'd described.
I'm ordering one today!
Thanks much,
Dean
