Is this a decent scope for the money? I am not able to buy a "high dollar" scope. I just need a decent scope for a rifle that will be used from a shoothouse at about 150 yds.

I bought one for one of my son's years ago. It was an ok scope for the money then, and if the quality is the same now at about 1/2 the price you should be ok.

I have the 3 x 9 version on a Savage .270 and an H&R 30-06 Have had no problems with either and both are about three years old. Have taken 4 deer with the 30-06. You can get some good prices at places that have them since they have been discontinued.
