Unusual Combo gun

I have acquired a 20 gauge/ 30-30 combination gun marked "Staggs-built Phoenix AZ" on the receiver.  It is hammerless, with a sliding safety on the back of the receiver, and a western style lever to open it.  I can't find any info on it, anyone here help?
