New 41 on the way!!!

Well I did it.  I ordered a FA83  .41 mag  field gradein the the 4.75 inch barrel.  I upraded to the premier sights.  I can't wait to get it and now I need reloads.  Just had to tell someone.

Way to go Mr. Couious!  :grin:

I think you will really like the gun. That big frame with the 41 cal. bullets should be a hoot to shoot, and not very punishing.
Also remember, that the 41 has a 1 in 14 inch twist, so it will handle any heavy bullet made for the 41 magnum.
Good choice in caliber.

Congratulations on the new mod 83 41, I had one with the 6.5 in barrel. I could kick myself for selling it.  You will enjoy it eminsley.

well picked up my 41 and it so sweet.  I do have one complaint-the pachy grip.  It is poorly fitted and has gaps underneath the trigger guard.  I guess that will be my first change is a different grip.  I might have to get rid of S&W 460 so I can get a long barreled 41 or 44 to scope, and lets not forget the .22.  I have a feeling all my other pistols, xps included might be shot less or even sold to afford me an arensal of FAs.  I was suprised of how much heavier the gun is compared to my SBHs.  I am hooked!!

Welcome to the club.  It is hard to take factory production sixguns serious after you own, handle and shoot a FA.  Congratulations.
