reloading for 45acp

reloading for 45 acp. I see two bullet sizes 451& 452  diameter. I have all colts what diameter should I buy.I have been looking at Rainer bullets 230 gr . Any feed back on the bullets. Whats the cleanest burning powder for this round. Any help would be great.   Thanks
