hey "Quick" got in a little late for the discussion on "floating" the front end of a Handi/Ultra.
?1. An "O" ring, 9/16X38X1/8 is that right?
?2. If not an "O" ring would a washer work in the same area, or would that be bad?
?3. Taking out stock with either snadpaper or a rasp, how far back down the forearm would one go, all of the way back or just abck to the barrel lug
?4. Saw the posting on the bedding, clicked up the pic and still could not understand what was going on.  Can you brief me on this?
Thank You

Thank You for all; this is likewise new to me.  In the past when I wanted a rifle bedded or a barrel floated I just took it to the Armorer's shop, and wham bam kazowee! 72hr.s later it was done.  Now I gotta' do it myself, oh well I'm a Chief "I can do anything", well maybe almost anything.

Al, I can't put it in the FAQ due to copyrights, but I can send it to you for your own personal use, all I need is your email address.
