While fishing the other day, we got to watch these deer swim best part of a mile across the lake.
I have heard of such but never have seen it.
Took the pics from the bass boat, seems some idiots on the bank were chasing them with atvs , we were about 1/2 mile away . The deer came close to the boat and kept on going, we sat real still and took pictures.
The deer did just fine and are very good swimmers, I read that they will do this to escape danger... there ain't no shortage of idiots out there!
