I was wondering how long it would take them. I called my local Dick's and the .204 Ruger Ultra Varmint Fluted was $159.95 and the .223 and 22-250 were $269.95. I could have paid for one, but I figured they would catch on and not honor the price. If they all were that price, I would have made the trip and took the chance. So, I figured I would save myself the 2 hour round trip to pay then pick up and the grief of them not honoring the price. If anyone got one at the $159.95 price, they got one heck of a deal.
The whole thing didn't sit right in my gut anyways, even if it was their mistake. I asked the guy, "why would they sell the exact same rifle with just a caliber change for $110 difference? He said, "that is what they have in the book and that is the right price". I knew that it was a mistake from the get-go but just had to check out of curiosity.
