i was hoping somebody could run some numbers for me. my load is

22-250 22 inch barrel

36.0 grains of bl-c2
45 grain remington HP
winchester case
cci 200 primer.

maybe but not as fast as my 35.5 grains of IMR 3031 with a 40gr V-max load. :-D :-D :-D

I don't know what your thinking is on these wee bullets,
the 22-250 is a long range varminter and these little bullets don't cut it no matter how fast yo push them.
At your rate they will melt after they leasve the barrel.

You need a lot more input. Case length, bullet length, cartridge OAL and overflow H2O case vloume.
