Who cares-- it's an ad hominem topic anyway; I'm sure no one loved Germany more than Hitler.

So, now you think America is akin to Nazi Germany?

I see other posts are gone, like the thread you started "Should the States be Freed?"

Trying to erase history again?

Worse; more freedoms were destroyed in the US under Lincoln, and were never regained; meanwhile in Germany they had never existed to begin with, so it was really nothing new there.

However my point, was that loving your country is not necessarily a good thing; fools always love dictatorship.

I didn't erase them-- OR history, and I never did. You're the one trying to BURY history under a flag-- and you're too brainwashed and blind to see that whether that flag has stripes or a swastika,  becomes irrelevant once freedom and truth have departed. Or didn't you know that?

I've already written to the board about the technical problems of topics being erased--but  apparently some find it more expedient to point fingers and make paranoid accusations-- nothing new there either.

Don't know. I asked the Moderator and he says he's not really had time to visit since Katrina and has taken no actions on the forum since then. Only he and I can delete threads here. I didn't and he assures me he didn't either.

Now we've had a problem with posts and threads disappearing on other forums but I can usually find them and bring them back by doing an admin search for the posts made by that author. I tried for this one you mention and didn't find it tho so I guess it can't be brought back.

Are there any others missing? BrianMcCandliss asked me about missing threads here. If you'll tell me what was subject and who was poster I'll hunt for them and might be able to return some. Just won't know until I do the search. Weird stuff has been going on since that last hacker.

I don't recall the thread-titles, other than "should the states be freed?"

However I'd be posting on a thread, and it'd just disappear from the forum.
