OK, so no one has loads with 158 gr bullets.  Lets give Mitch some loads that should work in his gun.

I use RCBS 200 cast bullet with 16.0 296 and WSR primer.
(Work up from about 15.0 grains.)
I also like RCBS 180 Silhouette cast bullet same load.
I have some Lil gun loaded up but not tried yet.

I know some of you use the rifle bullets in 357/358.  Let's help Mitch out.

Mitch, I don't know if this load will work in your gun, but I have had good luck with it in different guns. Seems to be a good all around for me, and I have shot some very good groups with it at 100 yds.
I use 14.7 gr. of 2400 powder with the 158 gr. Keith type bullet.
Hope it works if you see this at this late date.
Personally, I think the Keith type is a very accurate bullet, and when I worked this load up, it was most accurate at the 14.7, but loads around it were not bad. Seemed to just shrink noticeably at this point. This is below max, but not enough to matter.
Don't ever give up your gun!

I shoot steel plates with a .357 Mag. Dan Wesson.  All magnums are illegal so I shoot what a call a "hot" .38 +P.  I use 12.5 grains of 2400 be- hind a 158 gr. SWC that I buy from Northeast Bullets.  Seems to work good for me.
