A very small punch is needed to break the drill into pieces and let them fall out. That may or may not work. I have done it that way many times. (I am a tool maker by trade) Are you sure its a blind hole? I can't imagine putting a roll pin in a blind hole. How are you ever suposed to get it out? Am I correct in assuming the picture is an AR lower? If it turn out its not a blind hole take it apart and drive it out from the other side.  KN
