New Hornady's
« on: February 01, 2006, 01:13:42 PM »
Just thought I would throw this at everyone.  Just got my new Hornady book today and was tickled to see these polymer tipped 45-70's - 444's and some others. Been wondering when someone would come out with something like these. Going to have to find me some when they get out.

Yup, there are many a post on em, the .30-30 and .35 rem have already been out and about, most shooters are very pleased with em...Gonna have to wait until this spring for the .450-.444 and .45-70 loads, though. One of the best reviews if you missed it...

Have had my head in the dirt.  My body has been in the woods all season and is just getting back out again.  First time I've been back on here since last fall.  From the reviews I seen your right.  Everyone does seem to be well pleased. I'm still going to have to try um for myself.
