NEF Survivor .308 RULES for Silhouette

Just a simple gloat...
I was on a mission to make an MOA rifle for under $300 for Silhouette competition.

Went with:
NEF Survivor .308
Tasco Varmint Scope (MilDot, 6x24x42)
Warne Rings (Hi, non-detachable).

Today, in my 2nd go with my new setup, I had a 1.5" group with American Eagle ammo.  Two of the shots were overlapping.
Amazing.  Awesome.  Incredible fun.
Once my shoulder heals up (ouch), I'm gonna get my groups sub-moa...

Been trolling about here on GBrd NEF and Yahoo NEF.
I know this can be Sub-MOA.

I got my 308 Survivor hitting a 8x12 steel plate at 300+ yards the first range session. It took about a box and a half of ammo. I simply love it.

I just started reloading for mine,but its already less than 1" with 48 grs. of Reloader 15 and Hornady 150's.I don't shoot Rem. 150's worth a darn though. Digger

Simple fix bro, just sell or trade the Ultra barrel and/or buy the 22" Bull 308 for $93.  8)  :grin:

I am picking up dies,brass and powder today for my 308. Yours likes the hornady bullet huh? I will try them out along with some others.
