those are semi-auto revolvers. the barrel is on the botom....sorta....and the hammer fires the chamber in the cylinder that is the BOTTOM chamber, not top like normal revolvers. they are double action and pretty accurate according to the write-up i read.

We already have those. Just take your old revolver, hold the trigger down, and flick the hammer with the side of your hand six times. You can get pretty dang quick. Or there is double action... which in most respects is a long trigger pull semi-auto. Really ugly, wouldn't appeal to most people I know.... but I'm sure there is some niche market who appreciates it for... some reason i cant think of

I think they tryed this with rifles in the late 80's early 90's. There was no cylinder involved of course but they were branded Space Guns just for the overall design.
