TC G-2 trigger
« on: January 31, 2006, 03:44:55 AM »
I just got a new G-2 and IMO the trigger is quite heavy. Can anything be
done to improve this? I bought the gun because I like the easy switch from
rimfire to center fire.

Sure can! Stoning and spring replacement can make that trigger break like blown glass. E-mail me at cris_222@hotmail.com for more info.

My first G2 felt heavy at first, but got a little lighter with some range time---then I "cleaned it up" with stoning and it measures a nice 3 1/2 pound pull ---but feels lighter now----didn't touch the springs at all----shoot it a bit first before you change anything. :o Gene

I have noticed that. I have about 75 rds thru it now and it is much lighter and getting better all the time. I have not touched a thing. Don't know where it is at but is getting pretty good. It's too bad that the weather here is so bad. I can't get out and shoot. I don't think I am going to touch any-
thing. Thanks for the reply.
