I'd like to put a scope on my field grade model 83 in 454C. I know sqwat about doing this. I can only find two mounts, but maybe there are others. I find the FA mounts ( mighty pricey ), and Leupold ( suspiciously inexpensive ). While I'd rather go the less expensive route, I don't want to make a mistake & just have to do it over.
Looking for a little guidance from those that have already done this.
