my electronic powder measure got dammaged in a fire. It still worked but looked pretty ugly and was working slow sent it to them with a letter that told them what happened and that I was certainly responsible for the repairs. They sent me a brand new one free! No thats service!

Hearing stories like that just make me smile. Having previously worked in retail I certinly relate to good customer service- if you don't treat your patrons right every time you soon won't have customers! I hope none of your reloading stuff got damaged.
