Just a hypothetical?
« on: February 17, 2006, 03:24:44 PM »
Lets say if I was to get into handloading, what would be the basic start-up items I would need. Because I have no handloading items now. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks!! Been there, done that, I'm a new reloader myself, so the info is handy. I started with a .45-70 Lee Loader, bought the Lee Anniversary kit with the included Lee manual from Midway, then upgraded several pieces of equipment like a digital powder dispenser and a few items on Ebay like a Lyman beam scale and universal trimmer for calibers that Lee doesn't make a trimmer for. There are several threads in the Handloading forum from shooters like yourself asking the same question. The search isn't working right now, or I'd post em for ya. Here's a digital powder dispenser comparo just in case you're interested...
