M1 Match

Seemed like the place to give a heads up to anyone in my part of the country.  There is going to be a CMP sanctioned John C. Garand match held at the Lewiston Wildlife Club on march 11.  That's near Lewiston, Idaho.   Anyone who wants info is welcome to post questions or pm me.

Theres another one coming up on the 14th.  Anybody else taking part in these?  You don't need a garand, any surplus american rifle will do, I've seen M1 carbines, enfields, and '03's.  Even johnsons are allowed, but if I had an original I don't know that I'd be engaging in rapid fire matches all that often.
