catfish stunners

 has anyone used these things called catfish stunners  they have a web site. they say that they arte the trick .

Haven't used them, but I'm sure that they'll work.  Not any different than the DNR doing shocking to study fish populations.  Better make sure that it's legal in your area before you do it.
