Fair Price for TC 30-06

Guys,

I'm thinking about selling off a few guns to get a FA 454...for bears up here.  What would you say is a fair price for:
TC Encore
30-06, 14" bbl, muzzle-tamer
3-7x scope w/3 ring mounts

450$ or so, depends really on what scope!
