Well, I finally got my .204 that I have been wanting for what seems like forever! Now I just need to get my Mueller Tactical and get it mounted, make up some loads, and hit the range. I am thinking I am probably going to go with the 39 grain Blitzkings with BL-C2 powder for my initial rounds, and see what I get. Once that is done, time to hit the ground squirrels and the rockchucks! I can hardly wait!

Hopefully the 8.5-25x44 Tactical will be in stock soon or are you going with the 4-16x50??

Thanks guys! I will be going with the 8.5-25x44 Tactical, for both the price and the magnification. While the red dot of the other models would be a definite plus, I just can't justify the extra $70 to $100 for it. I also like the idea of the 25 power magnification for those LOOOONG shots I will most likely see for rockchucks. Many should be between 200 and 400 yards where I plan on looking, and the high magnification should come in handy.

Good luck. If your 204 handi shoots as good as mine you will enjoy the heck out of it. I have been shooting mostly 32 gr bullets with real good accuracy. I also use blc 2. Have fun coldmold
