Went to the range last Saturday and took a couple of great action firing pics of my buddy shooting my DW 6" 357 Mag.

Load is : 15.8 grs Win296 powder - Hornady 158gr FP/XTP bullets - Win WSPM primers

Just thought they were interesting so posted them here ...

Wow, cool pix. Thank you.

How many rolls of film did it take to get the muzzle flash? Or did you use a video camera and use the stills? Or maybe a sound activated camera...

Looks like fun.

I just used my Canon A80 digital camera and took some AVI movie with it and then converted it to an MPEG and extracted a couple of stills.

Nice pictures!

How is that  158 gr XTP shooting for you?  I can't seem to get them to shoot nearly as good as the 180s.

I have not tried 180 XTPs. The 158 XTPs are accurate enough for falling plate. I usually shoot 38sp 158 grain Hornady LSWC. In this I use 4.0 grs of Win231 - Win WSP primers and proves to be sufficiently accurate at 25 yards.
