Have any of you guys tried the one piece talley mount on the Encore.

I have Talleys on a few other rifles and I like them.

I am also interested in feedback from others who have used Talley mounts on the Encore. Any problems?

I have the Talley mount on my .50 cal Encore, and have been very pleased. I have only used it for one season but so far so good. I am buying a rifle barrel this summer and unless something changes I plan to use the Talley mount on it as well.

I know they don't work on the shotgun barrels

Seminole,why not?.
I have them on my 6.8 barrell.Two buddys turned me on to them.The two of them has had them on since they came out with them.All one peace,i dont think you can beat that.Im really happy with mine although i really havnt had them on long.The mount seems well made.With a new scope it was off of the bull at 50 yds2" high and 3" left.The other guys said that they had the same thing happen with their set ups.The only thing is,they are a little high.In my case it is good.My scope has a 50MM bell and i have enough room to mount it.For smaller bells it looks like the mpunt is higher than needs to be.As far as the mount it-self goes,i think its a good and solid mount.pan.
