Author Topic: Problem with fonts in posts (Read 415 times)

Posting here on GB seems to be going better than a few weeks ago; but I can't get the different fonts (bolds/italics/underlines/URLs) to work. It shows the notation in the draft but then carries that forward into the actual post, rather than making the font change. It USED to work OK. Is there some trick I'm missing?

Whoa! 379PB: on YOUR version of MY "testing 1, 2, 3" item, it looks like it's supposed to (underlines, italics, etc.). But in the posted version of my ORIGINAL of that ... at least on my screen ... it has the code notation. Hmmm. Might this have something to do with "Disable BBCode"? That's "checked" at the bottom of my "Post a reply" page. I don't know what BBCode is.

PeterF, Yep, uncheck the box for "Disable BBCode in this post". That is your problem I think.
