Looking for a huntable herd of Anoa, Guar or Tamaraw

Does anyone know if there are any huntable herds of Anoa, Guar or Lowland Tamaraw in the US? I got a call yesterday from a friend who is trying to complete his collection of the wild cattle/buffalo of the world and needs these 3 to complete his collection. Any help would be appreciated.

Dont know about the others but you can get some realy good priced Baneteng hunts in Australia,probably cost less than a hunt in the U.S.A
