Hi, i would like to know if the .30-06 165 gr. interbond is to much for whitetail and also i would like to hear some field reports if possible on this bullet.

While I haven't used the Interbond, I use the Swift Scirocco exclusively for deer. They are very similar.
The Scirocco was designed as a deer bullet and the Interbond followed suit.
You can expect rapid expansion in a bullet that will largely hold together at any sane velocity and expend alot of energy on the target.
What would you like to know specifically?

I can't think of any 165gr bullet for the 30-06 that won't do a good job on a deer. For deer with my old 308, I alway's used 165gr Hornady spire points.

I've used Hornady 165 grain Interbonds to take 2 whitetails. It's not too much bullet; it works fine.
