Oh-oh.   I see Rosi has deleted any reference to an anticipated launch date for their barrel program from their web site.  :(

Yeap, seems it has been one of the only changes they have made. I believe it's been about a week sense they made this little one.
Everyone keeps waiting.  :?
They are a quiet company thats for sure, and don't make a lot of noise in the industry. This could make some good noise I believe, if it ever comes into effect. Not much of an update, but I did contact a Rep not to long ago and posted what she had to say here:

Perhaps it's time people began to lobby Rossi in force using 1000s of emails and letters and say that unless they get a straight answer on the Barrel Program that their customers will be spending their hard earned on H&R/NEFs and T/Cs.
If you think this whole business is frustrating for you guys try being in our position. :?
I live in Australia where the T/C rifles are rare and prohibitively expensive and to add insult to injury we can buy H&R/NEF rifles but have no access to their barrel program at all! :x
I can't even order a rifle with additional barrels through the importers from the H&R factory.......believe me, I tried.
If Rossi implented their program world wide there are markets to be exploited that other similar companies couldn't be bothered about.
Perhaps the time for an ultimatum has arrived.
You can always use other rifles but Rossi has to have your money to stay afloat.
Let's stop letting the manufacturers dominate the market.  :?

Kombi, I checked the NIOA web page, and they don`t seem to list the .308 Single shot anymore, just the .17, .223 and .243. They supplied my .308 to the shop I purchased it from. I wonder if anyone else distributes Rossi single shots in Australia?  There are not terribley popular here. If there was a barrel program I really doubt it`d extend to us out here, and if it did it would in all likelyhood be prohibitively expensive.

To be honest, as long as something is popular in the US market Nioa will probably import it for you special order.
You will pay RRP for it and you'll have to wait about 3 months but they are willing to try and get things if people really want them, at least as far as I'm aware.
