Anybody shot new Henry H001T (.22) with 20" Oct Barrel?
« on: December 04, 2006, 05:59:16 AM »
Dear Guys,

I see that Henry has finally brought out a blued/walnut rifle that with an octagonal barrel.   I am dumbfounded that it took them this long. (Now, if they would only offer a classic square lever as an option, as well as the loop lever.)

Has anyone shot one of these new rifles?   With or without scope?  They look great.

  Thanks for all replies.

Big Paulie,I've got one that I bought about 2 years ago and its a great shooter.I put on a williams reciever sight and then also put on a smaller apperture for target shooting.I use it for hunting squrills(sp). It is a blast to shoot and it is very accurate.I found out that if I use cb longs in it you can't hear it more than about 30 feet away.any other questions I can answer, feel free to pm or email me any time. sj
