Markc Looks pretty neat to me. I am 72 years old and the legs don't work as good as they once did and am looking for some thing me and the wife can go coyote calling in with out all the leg work. I have two 4x4 pick ups but they don't get us close enough to good calling country with out spooking every thing for miles. What brand or make do you recomend? Gotta start some place so it might as well be here. Thank you in advance for any info you might share :D ..........Joe..........

jpred1,  Yep, I am on there most days.  My threads are under markc.   Thats where I got most of the info I needed to decide on which RUV to buy...
oso-45-70  What kinda terraine are you driving?  The Rhino is not very quiet.  It is based on an ATV motor so it is louder than say a Kawasaki  Mule.  If you need a 4X4 but will not be going through the most extreme mud and climbs, then I would recommend a Trans Mule 4X4 by Kawasaki.  It switches from a 2 seater to a 4 seater in a couple minutes and is quite terraine capable.   It isn't cheap though, but if you look at  www.uvcountry.com   you can see the different ways to outfit them.  While there look at the Mule 3010 4X4, same as the Trans, but almost 12" shorter and a couple grand cheaper 2 seater.

They are much quieter than the Rhinos and Rangers (made by Polaris).  While on that subject, although not cheap either, the Polaris Ranger 6X6 is quite an impressive vehicle also.  It has a wide enough bench seat for 3 people, although not with much elbow room to spare, but goes about anywhere.  Just don't stick it in the mud.  They are hard to stick, but really hard to unstick too.   Bush Hog makes two models called the Trail hand and Trail Hunter, both using Honda industrial engines.  They are 4wheel drive independant suspension and share other features with the major makes and models out there.

Thanks for the info, Don't know what i'am looking for, Just something to get me and the wife out of the house so we can do some coyote calling. Been seeing the rhino advertised on tv and it looks like it would work for us. Not to worried about the noise cause i won't be going B-to the wall. those days are in the past for me. Did plenty of that with Mororcycles when i was younger, dumber and full of nonsence. Thanks again :D ........Joe...........

nice deer!  What caliber is that Encore?   I had given thought to buying an Encore but with the release of the new pointed ammo in 35 Rem, I will be sticking with my Contender.   The bumper is great!  It has been very durable thus far.  I had a custom license plate made at the German Fest in Tomball a couple weeks back and thought about mounting it to the bumper.  Instead I screwed it to the tail gate.   No pics of it though.   Did I read that you painted that withWalmart krylon?   It looks really nice in blue.  I am still running the stock tires on mine.  I can't decide on what to switch to when the time comes, but am leaning towards the Bighorn radials...

oso45-70 if noise isn't a concern than I guess you must determine how difficult the terraine is that you want to access.  I highly recommend that whatever RUV you buy, that you go with a 4WD model.   THey don't cost that much more, but sure do come in handy when the ground gets soft or steep.

7mm-08 on the encore, also have a 410 barell for playing around.Yea ,the deer needed another year, but for a pistol ,I couldnt resist. The gun benched down shoots real good, shooter not so well.I mostly use it in shooting house or whenever I know I will have a real good rest.I hit a nice doe at @150 yds.

since I switched from 7-30 Waters to 35Rem, I have yet to shoot a deer.  I took a couple with the 7-30 barrell, alot of small game with my .22LR barrell and with the 35 Rem, only one nice pig and a raccoon.   ALot of my hunting is in the woods form tree stands with no reat, so I haven't been hunting with it as much as I would like to.   With the new Hornady ammo, if it shoots as well as I hope then I will probably hunt with it alot more next deer season at our Bangs, Tx lease..
