Ya. If you are estimating velocity based on jacketed, you are probably at least 200 fps low on velocity and at least 10,000 psi high on pressure. Also the nose length is too long to get enough lube on the bullet.
Given such high velocity potential, with is far more than needed to get fast kills, you'd do well to get a 340-350 gr bullet, which will probably deliver at least 1850 fps with this gun and all that powder. The gun is a complete stranger to me. For comparison though, 454 will drive a 350 gr at 1700 fps comfortably, and it appears the .460 has a lot more powder room.
