Can one size 38special brass with 357mag dies? The only thing that the Lee dies I have say you can use to size 357max if you adjust die upward.

You can load 357 with the 38 spl die but not the other way around.

I have loaded 1000s and 1000s of 38 spl. with my Lee 357 mag dies and have never had a problem .

I had to get another die set to do my 357 Max because the mag set would not size all the way down the max cases do to the longer cases .

My lee dies state they are for both 38/357. KN

yes i got the same set an i use them just for 38 cast now

The only problem you may have is if your 357mag seater dies does not screw down far enough to give you a good crimp. If it doesn't, just get the 38 spec factory crimp die and you are set.

Buy the spacer from Midway if you cannot get the right length--I have been using the same die for both 38/357 for + 10 yrs--the only difference is the LENGTH adjustment.
