Ohio shoot April 9th.

Shaner said it is a go , so sunday the 9th. of april at his club .

Centerburg Conservation Club , Centerburg Oh. take St. Rt. 657 to Sycamore Rd . East side of town

10 AM , Sunday , April 9th.

I will see everyone there .  :D

I just looked today, and realized that I sadly won't be able to make it either.  I thought that I had drill the weekend before (1-2nd), but realized it's the 7-9.  So I guess I will have to miss the chance to meet you guys again!!!

From talking to friends down in the Athens area(southern ohio), they got about 3 inches of snow, but up here in north central ohio, I didn't see any.  I would suspect that by the 9th it should be in the high 40's, low 50's....well at least a guy can hope :wink: .

at my house just outside of chillicothe (up a big hill) we have about 4 inches, if you go to the bottom of the hill its just a dusting all the way to chillicothe by the time you get just north of chillicothe theres nothing.

don't worry grandpamike by the 9th you'll have groundhogs steelin' your lunch, the weather will be fine

i am waiting to see what happens at work. i was asked by the owner of my restaurant to cover for another manager in Canton for a few weeks. this means crazy hours and driving all over but i wanna impress him so i said yes.

this also means i have asked for certain days off already and i dont want to appear to be asking for things all the time so i am going to see what happens with the schedule. if i get off the 9th i will be there. if not then i won't sweat it. i will let you guys know when i find out.

Got all 3 so its working , i'll bring some stuff to grill . I have about 3 or 4 diffrent loads for thee 270 loaded up so i'll bring some of them also .

Since the shoot is Sun 9 April at 10 am, I will travel on 8 April and stay near Centerburg Saturday nite.

My route will be:
Taking I70 from beltway around Wash DC northwest to Breezewood PA.
Continue on I70 all the way to Columbus OH.
Turn north to Centerburg OH.

Reason I am giving route is if anyone is sorta near the route and would like to hitch a ride to the shoot send me a PM and see if we can work it out.

Is there any Handi caliber that anyone would like to try, IF I have it, I will bring it.

hey mike there isnt many places to stay  around centerburg, in fact none i know of, it would have to be on 71 at  the 37 71  intersection ,which would be the closest i think? you can check map quest?

Well is every one ready for next sunday , i'm looking forward to meeting everyone and bring lots of ammo .

I'm bringing 22lr , 22 mag , 223 and maybe a new 22-250 if the shop still has it on the rack friday .

Shaner , does the range have covered benches , and does it have target frames or do we need to bring frames ?
