Chris: your reaction to their opinion is very consistent with that of many of the relatives of those missing women and many others who felt that peta had gone way overboard with their position.
This is a terrible tragedy, certainly, but with any individual or group that believes they are not accountable for their actions or statements, if you give them enough rope, they will hang themselves and peta appears to be dooing that now. Mikey.
