Not really anything to talk about except the gun show was this weekend in Stuttgart, Germany! Took an hour or two to take the family to the "International Waffen Boerse". Man, they put on a nice show. Lot's of militaria. Some local CAS leather work. Lot's of neat stuff... and there tucked in a corner of a booth was a nice little Contender carbine. Too bad I don't have my "Waffenbesiztkarte" yet so I can't buy anything. Yep, it's a card that says you have a reason and permission to own a gun... You have to get a hunting license or sport shooting card or something like that to prove that you have a need to have a gun. Sucks... there was a lot of nice stuff there. Prices weren't TOO bad. A little high with the Euro to Dollar exchange rate thrown in but I did see some really nice bolt actions that were Euro type but they were really calling my name and begging to go home with me...
