What Constitutes Terrorism or Intent Thereo

Just read what these guys are saying.  I found these quotes here: http://news.messages.yahoo.com/bbs?action=m&board=37447040&tid=nmusaimmigrationdc&sid=37447040&mid=17904

"California is going to be a Hispanic state and anyone who doesn't like it should leave." - Mario Obledo, co-founder of the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund, or MALDEF in a radio interview on KIEV

"Go back to Boston! Go back to Plymouth Rock, Pilgrims! Get out! We are the future. You are old and tired. Go on. We have beaten you. Leave like beaten rats. You old white people. It is your duty to die ... through love of having children, we are going to take over." - Augustin Cebeda, of the Brown Berets, at a rally in Los Angeles

"We have an aging white America. They are dying. They are sh----- in their pants with fear! I love it! We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him!" - Jose Angel Gutierrez, political science professor at the University of Texas at Arlington.

"Because our numbers are growing ... [some are] afraid that we're going to take over the governmental institutions and other institutions. They are right, we will take them over, and we are not going to go away – we are here to stay, and we are saying 'ya basta' (enough!)." - Richard Alatorre, former Los Angeles city councilman.

“The American Southwest "... seems to be slowly returning to the jurisdiction of Mexico without firing a single shot." - Carlos Loret de Mola, July 20, 1982, the Mexican newspaper Excelsior.

"We are practicing La Reconquista in California." - Jose Angel Pescador Osuna, Mexican consul-general, at Southwestern University School of Law.

------------------------------

I don't know if that guy who quoted those was just blowing smoke, or was in earnest.  But whatever the case, it doesn't sound like "peaceful demonstrations."

 LA  has a mexican mayor that has said the state will be returned to mexico.  At one point, I spent one week each month in Ca.  I did that for almost four years, during that period it seemed each time I went back there were more mexicans.  We have a friend that is a cop on the LAPD, he said it is very hard to enforce the law when they commit a crime because there are so many of them it takes an army to arrest one.

I have read the quotes you posted in newspapers and other post on the web, I don't doubt that they were made, and some think they can be carried through. I spent my life working for the defense of this country and will not stand by and watch a take over without a fight.  I may be an "old man", but I can still pull the trigger.

God Bless America............and pass the ammo!

I don't think it's a big secret that the Latinos have taken back land that may have belonged to them.

Terrorist! Seems like some strong language to use when applied to La Revolution. A Revolution is permitted by law. Tom Jefferson said we should have one every twelve years or so, just to keep ideas fresh.
