Barrel program - Handi vs Ultra

New to Handi's so bare with me. Looking over the barrel program I see Handi barrels for $82 and Ultra barrels for $44.
Can someone explain?

Bought an used Handi w/ 30-06 and am leaning towards an extra barrell in  7mm-08 and/or 243. (little less kick for small Blacktail deer). Would really like a 260 rem... hint, hint

The currently (as of 4/18/06 9:05 AM EST) advertised prices for Ultra Rifle barrels are incorrect according to Customer Service.  

After waiting a couple days to see if H&R/NEF would change the web site, I contacted CS this morning.

I asked if the prices were the same as last year and was told that NEF has not yet recieved the new prices.  If I wanted a price on a specific barrel, the CS rep. offered to try to locate a current price.

In a way, I'm kinda glad those prices are not current.  I was fixin to spend a lot of money.  But, they sure are great prices!

Yep, I called too because at $44 I was going to get a .243 barrel.  No such luck.  prices are wrong and they haven't changed them yet.
