I saw that Les Baer has an engraved commemorative 25th anniversary 1911 with real ivory grips.  $6,500. Wow. It wasn't a very good looking gun either and the engraving looked cheesy.  It's clear that if you want a nice engraved gun, you're better off seeking out an engraver to hire.

The price of a matching pair of those is what I paid for my car. Nope. Don't think I'll be owning any of those, although the Les Baer bullseye guns are excellent according to those I know who have them.
