I just ran a google search on 1670 rifle powder, and found
nothing on it at all.
Are you sure that's the name of it ?
Maybe you made a typo ?

Yeah, thanks though, apparently its a mil surplus powder distibuted by Western Powder so I called them and he said its a commercial powder similar to exterminator. It must be a pretty popular one, because he said they just got 55000 lbs in.

So far, nobody else has replied with any info either I see.
I guess the company can provide you with some data.
