"Dances with Skunks"
« on: May 06, 2006, 12:14:19 PM »
My wife went out to open up he coops to let her hens free range at 05:00 this morning. In her haste she almost stepped on a male skunk with a 1 3/4 Northwoods bracelet. No screaming and running this time.I am really amazed with how far she can jump backwards when startled.I spilled my coffee laughing at this whole scenario. In my second Long Lining Skunks video I'll show my super secret blended trail set for wised up skunks. Also there will be footage of how to properly approach the skunk and what to say to keep him calm while you "harvest him".Wacky, this one sprayed upon harvest.I put him in a box and mailed him to you this A.M.Your welcome to the essence sacks.
I love the smell of coyote gland lure early in the morning. It smells like victory!!

That was a terrible thing,to send it postage due---lol.
That skunk will be traversing this country for weeks, racking up a bill along the way.
I used to get the first degree about what I shipped to my customers. How could our postal officials miss a skumk?????
After this debacle----shipping lures will be oh so hard.

Yotero you have to use the special method of Wakan Tonka to extract your skunk essance and then send to Wacky....  Then again with all those cats  Wacky runs over with his trapping vehicle he could afford a whole herd of the special methods....

I see RdFx is typing under the influence of mood altering compounds...AGAIN!  Pay him no mind.

Just cause I backed over cousin Libby's Tabby once, well maybe twice, don't mean I should be up for all this abuse.

The neet thing about receiving shipments at the PO is when the wife picks up the mail...she starts bitching of the skunk smell while still in the parking lot.  When she gets home she still is a bitching cause the smell followed her.  When I open the package, out comes the broom!

We had a 3 year period where we didn't have any skunks.I bought a pint of pure quill skunk essence from a lure maker back east.I was the first UPS deliver of the day.The driver was mad for a long time.
