200 Gr XTP Loads

I plan on working up a whitetail deer load using Hornady 200 gr XTP's to use this fall. I will probably use 2400 as my powder of choice as it has done well in the past with 180's & 240's. Anyone have any pet loads they'd care to share?

I got in a hurry and forgot to include that very important info, I apologize for my oversight. I will be using a Ruger Bisley SBH in 44 mag.

I have not used 2400 but in my 629 Classic Hunter the 200 gr. XTP shot very well with a max. load of Accurate Arms #9. I don't remember the exact charge weight right now but I do remember it was the max. listed load and that it clocked something over 1400 fps.

I won't give you my "old" favorite charge of 2400 because my new can of 2400 seems much faster buring.  But work up to an accurate load in your gun from the book min and you'll be satisfied.
I took my biggest deer using the 200 gr Nosler and 2400 powder.

 I have used a lot of 2400 and liked it, but prefer 296. It burns so much cleaner and all three of my .44 mags prefer it. Great accuracy, velocity, and cleaner. Might be a while before I buy more 2400.

I have used 296 in the past with limited success. What bullets were the best performing for you and what handguns do you use?
