I sure wouldn't want to be a Kennedy...

Misfortune seems to run in the family.  Years ago, Teddy boy was DUI.  While in the process he ran his car clear off a bridge, which ultimately caused his passenger's death.  Patrick recently was involved in two wrecks in three weeks (or something like that), while DUI of meds.  Also read that Pat was cited with three traffic violations because of those incidents.  Patrick has a history of alcoholism, substance abuse, depression, and has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder (oh, he also is the state senator of R.I.)  Hmmmm....He sure hasn't received as much press time as Rush Limbaugh; I wonder why?    Lastly, I just read in the news this morning that Teddy's plane was reportedly struck by lightning while en route to his home on the coast.  The plane was then diverted to an airport in Conn.

Wow, has anybody heard of "three strikes, your out?"

Sounds to me like a little addition to the Sunday morning comics in the newspaper, don't 'cha think?

Got nothing against Pat Kennedy, but his voters really need to pay attention to his voting record. If he's skipping votes a lot, he needs to be recalled (possible in RI?), removed from office, and put into rehab. For his own safety, and before someone else gets killed. It's bad enough that Rhode Island is so small and has a tiny population, they don't need to be gypped by a truant senator.

:D It is folks like the Kennedy klan that that lead me to support a two term maximum for congressmen and senators. Of course Kennedy is not the only dud, several others have displayed traits that, in my opinion, place them in a questionable category.

Rockbilly, I can agree with you wholeheartedly on that.
